The Route will take us past these great sites:
The City Photography Tour takes us into one of the most spectacular areas of
London. Historically, the City has been a wealthy area with lots of money to be made. You
will see this reflected in its stunning architecture and wonderful buildings. We start
our London Photo Walk at the impressive Mayor’s Office and then head towards Tower
Bridge as it spans the great River Thames. We walk past the Tower of London, the
home of the crown jewels, and then head off into the heart of the City. During this tour
we will come across the modern architectural design of the imposing Lloyd's building
and the somewhat controversial, though nonetheless impressive, Gherkin. This area
is a photographer’s dream. Your senses will be stimulated by the many exciting photo
opportunities to be had.
Our penultimate stop will be the great building of the Bank of
England. Once you have taken all the photos you want we will head towards our final
stop, St Paul's Cathedral designed by Sir Christopher Wren. During this tour, you will also
have plenty of opportunity to take photographs of the many other stunning modern and
classical style buildings London has to offer.
