At the Official London Photography Tours we like talking to our customers, that’s why when you book a tour with us we will contact you by return to find out the dates you want to go, the camera you have and to let you know where to meet us.
You will need a tripod for this tour - you can bring your own or hire one from us for £5.00
This is a great night photography workshop for anyone who wants to improve their photography skills. On this tour we will teach you how to adjust your ISO shutter speed and aperture enabling you to have full control over your camera. Don’t worry if this is all a bit daunting and sounds technical as we use a lot of great teaching aids to make it very easy to understand.
We will show you how to get those amazing light trails in your photo that add movement and the effect of speed, plus lots of other creative techniques photographers use to make visually strong images. By the end of The City Night Photography Tour you will have a greater understanding of what settings you need to obtain the desired results you are after.
We believe in keeping our photography workshops small so we can tailor the course to your individual requirements. If you want to learn about the more technical side of photography then we can show you how, allowing you to get much more enjoyment and use out of your camera. Perhaps you are happy with your technical skills and want to improve your creative flair? We can certainly help develop this side of your photography. This workshop really is about focusing on your photographic needs and improving your skills both technically and creatively.

The route will take us past these great sites:
The City Night Photography Tour takes you to one of the most historically rich parts of London. Here you will see the diversity of both the old and new parts of the City. We begin our tour outside the Mayor’s Office located on the south bank of the great River Thames, where there are some stunning shots to be had. From there we move onto Tower Bridge, spanning the River Thames and make our way through the City. We will walk past the somewhat controversial Gherkin and then on towards the impressive Lloyd's building (even more exciting viewed at night!). We then head past the Bank of England and meander amongst some of the older, more traditional areas of the City until we make our way to St Paul’s Cathedral - the icing on the cake and a fitting end to the night time tour.
